SHIPPING POLICY

We try to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

During the holiday season (and a few days after the holiday season), your order may take up to 3 days to process.

Shipping costs are dependent on weight and the destination. Orders are shipped via Canada Post USPS or FedEx/UPS. In general, lightweight orders ship via USPS and heavier items ship via FedEx/UPS or Canada Post

NOTE: A street address is required for all FedEx/UPS orders. FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

NOTE: Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Maxinefoods is not responsible for any increased shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses for your order.

Canada Post Postal Service

• Priority: typically 2 to 3 day delivery.

• USPS First Class Mail: this is available on orders that are less than 13 ounces in weight, including packaging. Average delivery time is 3 to 4 days in Canada the & Continental U.S.

FedEx

FedEx Business and Home Delivery: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
